The food formula of Orsolina28 is made of all kinds of seasonal vegetables and a selection of side dishes. The proposed menus harmonize the simplicity of the recipes and the nutrients of the garden offers in this case, an environment free of direct and indirect pollution based on our “Garden to Table” service.
It may happen that guests themselves design their dinner menu with the harvest collected during the horticulture classes. The recipes are inspired by rustic wisdom, the imagination of the territory and the satisfaction of taste.
Our vegetables play the starring role and are complimented with O28’s chef proposal of the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, depending on the season and the moment, can be served in different settings: in the courtyard of the lime trees, in the gallery, at the Glamping or at Le Magnolie.
