Wellness Classes
Wellness In our studios, we train to feel better in our bodies, increase strength, flexibility and energy and promote personal growth by listening to the body.
Scuola28's wellness courses are designed to allow our students to find the right solution for their needs, dedicated to those who want to take care of their body and mind in a welcoming environment with safe practices. We are open every day (Monday to Sunday) to offer a wide variety of practices designed to meet different needs, from those looking to increase their physical strength to those needing relaxation, inner listening and emotional wellbeing.
Gravity, Pilates Matwork, Yoga, Barre Workout, HIIT, Outdoor Workout, Swimming, and (seasonal) Acquagym classes are designed to improve physical fitness, mobility, coordination and posture. Our swimming classes, for both children and adults, help improve technique and performance, making the water an ideal environment for safe and enjoyable training. Once per month, our evening "Movement, Breathwork and Sound" gift participants a moment of physical and emotional renewal, thanks to yoga and meditation sessions and a regenerating sound bath.
We also offer private classes, customized to the participant's needs and developed with the teachers.
The pool is closed for winter, we will resume our classes in spring 2026.
