Sunday Class


Scuola28 is open on Sundays, with a programme designed to provide continuity to weekly practice while also offering the opportunity to discover something new. There are three activities on the agenda: two Gravity classes and a third one, the Sunday Class, which changes from week to week.
This allows everyone to find their favourite class and try out activities that they are unable to attend during the week due to commitments, work or daily routines.
Sunday classes are open to everyone, whether they are members or not: it is a perfect opportunity to train, explore new disciplines and experience our school in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Recommended clothing: trousers and T-shirt that allow movement, sufficiently close-fitting to allow for correction and observation, socks.
