HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a high-intensity interval workout that alternates short bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with active recovery phases of aerobic activity. It is the perfect class for those who want to keep their heart in shape and challenge their body.
- Recommended clothing: pants and t-shirt that allow freedom of movement. The class will be held barefoot. We recommend bringing a personal towel to use on the provided mat.
