Pilates Matwork


Pilates Matwork exercises engage the entire muscular system, helping maintain tone and flexibility through a simple, full-body workout focused on postural muscles. Group classes are effective and enjoyable thanks to a wide variety of exercises with progressive levels of difficulty.
  • Recommended clothing: pants and t-shirt that allow freedom of movement. The class will be held barefoot. We recommend bringing a personal towel to use on the provided mat.
