This practice is inspired by yoga, yet it goes beyond traditional forms. It is a highly dynamic and active bodily experience, while at the same time deeply mindful. Practiced with music, it merges the rhythm of the breath with intuitive movement and emotional work. We move by listening to the body, following flows that change in intensity: we accelerate, we slow down, we modulate the energy. The alternation of rhythms stimulates heart rate variability (HRV), supporting the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Each session is different, there is no fixed sequence: there is space for exploration, sensing, and letting go.
