Gravity classes take place on the namesake machines, versatile training systems that harness the power of gravity to deliver effective and safe workouts. The sessions use the body’s natural weight without overloading the spine or joints, helping to improve mobility, physical fitness, and prevent injuries.
This is a functional and complete workout suitable for everyone. It alternates postural and core-strengthening exercises with stretching, balance, coordination, and control drills. Gravity is a technical, engaging, and fun training method, ideal for dancers, athletes, or anyone who wants to stay in shape and enhance their physical skills in a safe way.

- Recommended attire: pants and a t-shirt that allow freedom of movement but do not interfere with the equipment. Loose-fitting clothes are not recommended, as they may get caught in the machine’s mechanisms.
