This training program is inspired by the ballet barre and blends multiple elements from Pilates and fitness, incorporating their alignments and core principles. It is a full-body, medium-intensity workout that is not strenuous but supports the metabolism while respecting the body’s natural functions. The exercise program improves posture by targeting the core and deep muscles, increases joint mobility and flexibility, and enhances overall body tone.
- Recommended clothing: pants and a t-shirt that allow freedom of movement, tight enough to allow observation and correction, and terry socks.
