Elisa Bruno

Elisa Bruno was born in Alba in 1992 and began her first foray into contemporary dance at the C.S.D. Centro Studi Danza in Canelli (AT), directed by Elena Schneider and Luca Martini, where she has been teaching contemporary dance since 2018.

Her professional studies began in September 2011 in Florence at the Scuola del Balletto di Toscana, directed by Cristina Bozzolini, where she attended the professional training program in the contemporary dance department for two years. In 2013–2014, she began a one-year master’s program at the Balletto Teatro di Torino, working closely with the company.

In the following years, she resumed her studies in choreographic research and experimentation with national and international choreographers, including Ohad Naharin, through workshops and intensive weeks at Orsolina 28. In 2022, she earned a certificate of training and professional qualification in dance class planning and instruction, as well as the management of dance facilities and associations, from the Associazione Europea Danza in Livorno.

She currently works as a freelance contemporary dance teacher in Piedmont.
