A celebration of the longest day of the year

On June 21, Orsolina28 will honor the summer solstice with the practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

This ritual celebrates the light and vital energy of the longest day of the year through a collective event that brings together yoga communities around the world in a great symbolic embrace.

The practice of 108 Sun Salutations is a powerful tool: as the body begins to find its rhythm and one Sun Salutation follows another, the mind loses itself in the rhythm, entering a state of moving meditation that stimulates transformation, brings peace and fosters respect and understanding.

Together, on our Open Air Stage, we will welcome the sunrise surrounded by the sounds and colors of the Monferrato hills, in a moment of deep connection with ourselves and with nature.

After the practice, participants are invited to stay for breakfast in our Serra dei Limoni. Throughout the morning, it will also be possible to join the other activities (reservation required) for mental and physical wellbeing offered by Scuola28 (check out the calendar here).

During the event, photos and videos may be taken for the promotion of the event itself or similar events. Those who do not wish to be filmed may mention this at the reception desk prior to the activity.
