Following in his parents’ footsteps, Alessio Carbone made his debut in the world of dance in Venice alongside his parents and continued his training at the Teatro alla Scala school in Milan, where he graduated in 1996. After one year as a professional with the La Scala company, he joined the Paris Opera, where he was promoted to principal dancer in 2002. He danced with the Paris Opera throughout his career and was a guest artist with the world’s most prestigious companies. In 2015, while still an active dancer, he developed a passion for organizing dance performances, an activity to which he now devotes all his time.
