Orsolina28 Art Foundation is pleased to welcome Annika Verplancke for a residency dedicated to the development and presentation of her solo “The Beginning (Of the End)”.
This solo is the beginning of a story and this story starts by savouring the sweet taste of beginnings. To savour means to fully enjoy, relish, or appreciate the taste, smell or experience of something, typically by taking one’s time. It involves consciously focusing on positive experiences in order to extend their duration and intensity.
Throughout her time in Orsolina28, Verplacke will create an this unfolding sequence, which will invite the audience to linger in the space between arrival and departure, where every ending already carries the seed of a new beginning.
