Glamping

Once you arrive at Orsolina28, your luggage will be transported to the Clubhouse, a building adjacent to the glamping sites.

Please make sure to attach a name tag to your luggage as you pack.

During check-in, you will be asked to present a valid ID, such as a national ID card or, if you are from a non-EU country, your passport.

Please remember to bring it with you and do not leave it in your luggage.

After check-in, you may take your luggage to the tent assigned to you.

Le Magnolie

During check-in, you will be given an electronic key to access the property and your room.

Guests using the Orsolina28 - Le Magnolie shuttle service will arrive at the property after dinner with their luggage. The meeting point for the shuttle is the Clubhouse.

GLAMPING

LUGGAGE COLLECTION
Once at Orsolina28, your luggage will be carried to the Clubhouse, a facility next to the Glamping in the woods, in which you will stay.
Please, while packing, make sure you put a tag with your name on your luggage.

During check-in, you will be asked to present a valid identification document, such as your identity card or, if you are from outside the European Union, your passport.
Please remember to take it with you and not leave it in your luggage.

Access to the room and to the facility is by the keycard provided at check-in.

RESTAURANT

At the Restaurant entrance, you will find plates and cutlery.
At the buffet, you will find meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared by Orsolina28’s onsite chefs with seasonal products harvested from our very own vegetable garden.

Once the meal is finished, you should independently put away the plates and cutlery used, using the appropriate stations.

Soft drinks, wine and spirits are not included.

BIKE AND E-BIKE RENTAL SERVICE

Bike rental is € 4,00 per hour.
E-bike rental is € 7,00 per hour.

1. O28 will assign you a bike or e-bike upon availability.
2. You will be provided with a lock key that you need to use to unlock your bike or e-bike: please keep the key in a safe place and return it to the reception upon your return. Please keep the lock on the bike as you might need it during your ride. And remember to lock the bike or e-bike once you are done.
3. Helmets are always available at each pick up point.
4. Please remember to remove the e-bike charger before riding and leave it hanging at the pick up point.
5. Once you are done, don’t forget to lock your bike or e-bike and insert the plug back to allow the charging process. Please return the key to the reception.
6. Additional charges in case of property damage or loss:
   Lock 15,00 €
   Key 4,00 €
   Helmet 20,00 €
7. If you are unable to return the bike or e-bike on time, please contact our reception at +39 342 6108461 (also available on Whastapp).

For security reasons, bikes and e-bikes need to be returned before 8:00 pm.
