Outdoor Workout is an outdoor movement experience that combines cardio and strength exercises with breathing and stretching in a single energizing session. This class is designed for those who wish to train outdoors and reconnect body and mind with the beautiful nature around us. One hour of outdoor training improves physical fitness, oxygenates the body, and clears the mind, while natural light stimulates vitamin D production, regulates biological rhythms, and promotes energy, good mood, and vitality.
