Dance At Orsolina28, we believe that structured dance training can improve the physical, mental and emotional development of those who are building their identity or looking for new ways to express themselves.
Scuola28 classes allow everyone, children, teenagers and adults, to approach different dance techniques and disciplines. We have chosen to employ highly-qualified teaching staff to offer a structured training program with nine classes divided by age. Classes include preparatory dance, Ballet, Graham technique, Hip Hop & Heels.

Scuola28's wellness classes are designed to help our students to find the right solution for their needs, with activities dedicated to those who want to take care of their body and mind in a welcoming environment with safe practices.
Swimming
Scuola28 swimming classes are designed to guide children, teenagers and adults through a path of learning and wellbeing in the water. Classes take place in a welcoming environment surrounded by the landscapes of Monferrato, where movement becomes an opportunity to take care of oneself and develop new skills.
Led by qualified instructors, participants work on improving technique, coordination and breathing, gradually building confidence and awareness in the water. Alongside swimming classes, aquagym activities are also offered, ideal for those who wish to stay fit through dynamic, low-impact exercises while benefiting from the properties of water for overall wellbeing. Swimming and water activities therefore become not only a complete sport, but also a moment of balance between body and mind.
