Ilaria has a solid background in physical education and movement sciences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences and a master’s degree in Sciences and Techniques of Preventive and Adapted Physical Education. Her journey began at a sports-focused high school, where she developed a broad foundation in various sports disciplines.
Since 2018, she has worked as a lifeguard, an experience that has strengthened her sense of responsibility and focus on safety. She teaches classical, modern, and hip-hop dance, as well as aerobics and step, promoting movement as a tool for physical and mental well-being.
She is passionate about physical activity and conveys to her students the importance of a mindful approach in a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment suitable for all ages.
