Gabriele Strata
Frédéric Chopin: un ritratto musicale
Frédéric Chopin: un ritratto musicale
During his residency at Orsolina28, Gabriele Strata will immerse himself in the study of Chopin's compositions, exploring the wide emotional spectrum that characterizes his work. From the intimate and fleeting lyricism of the Preludes Op. 28, which are true musical aphorisms, to the dramatic intensity of the renowned Sonata Op. 35, with its iconic Marche funèbre, each piece reveals the expressive depths and emotional nuances that make Chopin one of the most beloved and complex composers in music history.
Through this journey, Strata illuminates not only the extraordinary technique and harmonic innovation of the Polish composer but also his ability to transform the piano into an instrument capable of conveying passions, turmoil, and introspection with unparalleled sensitivity.
