Call for Creation ‘26
Creation Grant for Emerging Choreographers
Call for Creation is a project by Orsolina28 Art Foundation devoted to supporting the next generation of creators in contemporary dance.
The call supports choreographers under the age of 35 with an original idea to develop, to whom Orsolina28 offers a 21-day residency dedicated to research and the creation of a new work. At the end of the residency, there will be an informal work-in-progress presentation on Orsolina28 Art Foundation's Open Air Stage or in The Eye, as a form of restitution to the community.

The submitted project must be original or still under development. Projects that have already been performed in public are not accepted.
The choreographer must present an original artistic idea, with a plan for the development of the choreographic project. In addition, they must offer a concrete and pragmatic vision of their path.
The selection committee is composed of Simony Monteiro, Founder and Artistic Director of Orsolina28 Art Foundation and Mario Alberto Zambrano, Senior Director of the National Arts Competition at Young Arts. The selection of the committee is final and irrevocable.

- A monetary contribution of € 1.300 (before taxes) per artist;
- Access to a professional dance studio;
- Full board (three meals a day) and accommodation;
- Round trip transfer from Milan or Turin Airport;
- Hosting of a public sharing on the Open Air Stage or in The Eye.
