Gravity Experience

Wellbeing and movement in perfect balance.

Every Sunday, Orsolina28 offers experiences dedicated to physical and mental improvement, with a series of sessions designed to help you get to know your body, tone your muscles, work on flexibility and mobility, and find a balance between body and mind.

Guided by Gravity master trainers Matilde Demarchi and Stefano Borda Bossana, explore the full potential of the Gravity system in three classes: Combo, combining toning, Pilates, yoga, and cardio; Flow, for a smooth and effective full-body workout; and Strength, to boost power and endurance. End the day with a healthy lunch made from our garden’s produce.

    Dancer, choreographer, teacher, approached the art of movement from the 1970s, devoted herself to the professional study of Classical, Modern, Jazz, African, Contemporary, Hip-Hop , Break Dance and Theater Dance. In 1981 he founded and directed "Arkè", a school, study group and choreographic research.

    Stefano Borda Bossana is passionate and curious about all kinds of physical activity, practicing at competitive and amateur level in many sports: from weight training to swimming and finswimming and scuba diving, from parachuting to free climbing, from mountain biking to downhill, from running and cycling to triathlon, from yoga to dance and Pilates.

    He has been involved in physical preparation and personal training since 1986. He is a GRAVITY® Pilates Instructor, GRAVITY® master trainer, swimming instructor, SSI diving instructor assistant, NINETEEN HUNDRED Pilates Dance® master trainer.
