Orsolina28 Evening begins with a Yin Yoga class led by Maria Schönhofer, a slow and deeply grounding practice that promotes the release of tension and the rebalancing of energy. By holding the asanas without overexerting the muscles, Yin Yoga works deeply on the joints, ligaments and fascia, creating space and flexibility both at a physical and mental level. It is an invitation to listen, to stay still, in harmony with the natural rhythms of the body and the seasons.
The evening continues with a guided breathwork and mindfulness session, designed to enhance awareness and reduce stress. Through meditation techniques and breathing exercises, participants will learn useful tools to improve focus and strengthen their connection with themselves and their surroundings.
The experience continues in our steam bath, offering the perfect opportunity to release accumulated tension, and then, for those who wish to stay, ends in our restaurant, with a tasty and healthy dinner .
The practice is suitable for everyone, with no previous experience required.
