Flounder I


This class is designed for children who are not yet comfortable in the water. The goal is to develop prone and supine floating, early propulsion techniques, breathing, and to introduce basic swimming strokes, laying the foundation for greater confidence and safety in the water.
  • Recommended attire: swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops.

DAYS AND TIMES

Wednesday 4:30 - 5:20 p.m.
Thursday 5:20 - 6:10 p.m.
Saturday 10:50 - 11:40 a.m.
