CLASSICAL
From here on, the actual study of academic classical dance begins. Exercises with their specific nomenclature are offered at the barre, in the center and on diagonals. The sequences become increasingly complex and the physical and mental commitment required is ever greater. It is an intense program that must be carried out rigorously and precisely in preparation for the intermediate class.

GRAHAM
The preparatory study of the Graham technique, which enhances the training in ballet, begins with this class. Each class is structured into three different parts: floor work, center work and diagonal work. The main concepts of Graham Technique will be taught, such as breathing associated with the various steps and the movement of the body generated by the pelvis. The use of music and imagination is of fundamental importance in helping students learn to express their emotions.
