Roots of Remembrance

An inward journey

November 2, 2025 at 10:00 am

A mindful journey of movement and meditation to restore balance and connection.

The second day of Roots of Remembrance focuses on conscious movement and self-renewal. The morning begins with an outdoor workout, designed to awaken energy and strengthen the body in contact with nature.

Next, a yoga and meditation workshop encourages introspection and breath awareness, blending flow and stillness.

After a shared lunch, guests can unwind in the wellness area with steam bath, or book a massage to complete the experience.

For those wishing to spend a weekend dedicated to introspection and self-awareness, we have planned additional activities on Saturday, November 1, 2025, and our Glamping is available for those who want to stay the night.
