Chef Sara Daidone , known for his mastery in elevating vegetables to the centerpiece of culinary creations, brings his love for Italian cuisine to the vegan pastry world. Chef Igor De Masi combines tradition with innovation, crafting magical dishes with fresh, local ingredients. Together, they invite you to explore vegan pastry techniques, offering hands-on experience in creating sweets that delight both the palate and the planet.
