F.A.Q. - Performances
General Questions
How can I book my ticket for the performances?
Reservations are managed exclusively online. You can reserve your ticket by visiting the dedicated page.
How much do tickets cost?
All performances are free of charge. Each presentation is the result of the work carried out during an artistic residency, offering artists the time and space to develop new ideas and share their creative process. This allows the audience to experience unique performances, that are the outcome of an immersive journey that combines experimentation and artistic research, making art accessible to everyone.
I can no longer attend: what can I do?
If you are unable to attend, you have two options:
- Transfer your ticket to another person without modifying the reservation. The new attendee will simply need to present the ticket at the entrance.
- Cancel your reservation via Eventbrite, freeing up the seat for someone else.
Are the performances accessible for people with reduced mobility or for wheelchair users?
Yes, all of our performances are accessible. In Parking Area A, reserved spaces are available and a member of our team will be on hand to provide assistance and accompany guests to the theater.
We invite audience members with a disabilità to contact us before the performance so that we can coordinate the proper assistance
How can I financially support the performances?
You can support Orsolina28 by making a cash donation before or after the performances, during the online booking process, or via the dedicated donation page.
How early should I arrive?
It is recommended to arrive about one hour before the performance starts to facilitate entry and seating.
Is there a dress code?
No specific dress code is required. Since many performances take place outdoor, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather conditions to ensure your comfort during the event.
Can I enter the theater once the performance has started?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, late admission is not allowed. If the performance includes two works or an intermission, you will be allowed to enter during the break.
Can I bring pets?
To ensure the safety and respect of both the artists and the audience, pets are not allowed inside the theater.
Can I choose my seat?
Seats are not assigned, and the audience can sit on a first-come, first-served basis.
