Wellness

The well-being of the individual is the focal point of Orsolina28's vision. For this reason, the center proposes a series of physical preparation activities promoting the psycho-physical balance. The courses of GRAVITYⓇ, pilates, HIIT, and barre workout, open to everyone - dancers or not – are focused on awareness and proper use of the body.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is based on 4 main components: positions, breathing, meditation and relaxation. The practice of Hatha Yoga develops strength and elasticity, improves posture, relieves the spine, relieves muscle tension and helps to achieve a peaceful and meditative state of mind. The ultimate goal is to express the cosmic energy that dwells in each of us and to make the mind quiet, the most undisciplined component of the Being.

YOGA SOMATIC

The concepts of movement, breath and stillness are incredible and foundational to allow us to "be" in our bodies and give way the mind to make space. Working on their interaction brings incredible physical and mental benefits. To participate in yoga classes, the movement part of which is very accessible, no experience, as they will not be followed classical asanas, but together we will explore a more intuitive approach to yoga: nonlinear and somatic.

VINYASA YOGA

In Vinyasa Yoga the positions are connected in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. It is a dynamic, fast practice that tones muscles, increases resistance, flexibility and circulation, reduces stress and helps all our systems function better: respiratory, lymphatic, digestive, reproductive, hormonal, sleep and wake up. The mind is absorbed by the harmonious flow of breath and movement, distracted from its usual patterns and brought to a higher level of awareness.
