Umberto Bonifacino


Umberto graduated in 2015 with honors in agricultural sciences, with a curriculum on sustainable crop management.

Since 2016 he has been the resident agronomist of Orsolina28, for which he deals with the management of greenery, contributing with passion to the development of environmental sustainability projects in collaboration also with DISAFA (Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences of the University of Turin).

At Orsolina28, Umberto is also responsible for holding horticulture classes for adults and children, leading foraging walks on the country roads and paths surrounding the property, discovering wild edible herbs that can be used in the kitchen.

Among the activities carried out by Umberto for O28 there is also the organization of seminars and workshops open to the public and dedicated to organic agriculture, sustainability and circularity and the responsible management of natural resources.
