Dedicated to boys and girls who want to be challenged, boost their confidence, and learn coordination and groove, Hip Hop Teens course requires high energy and attention to detail. Students will learn complex rhythms and syncopation while building stamina, strength, and flexibility. Each class comprehends a thorough warm-up to build core strength and body control, a break down of hip hop's moves and steps, followed by choreography to develop expressive abilities.
