Intensive program

Moncalvo in Danza

Pre-professional Program

Jul 6, 2025 – Jul 13, 2025

Program Orsolina28 Art Foundation is pleased to collaborate with Moncalvo in Danza to launch an educational program dedicated to students and pre-professional dancers during its summer camp. Participants will immerse themselves in the repertoire of Italian choreographers Roberta Ferrara and Adriano Bolognino.
.

Accompanied by Ferrara, students will discover the Dynamic Balance approach, a practice developed by the Italian choreographer, which uses rhythm, breath and cathartic movement, with a reference to tarantism, to support dancers in their artistic and personal growth as inspired by the principles of yin and yang.

The sessions with Bolognino are based on instinctive choreographic creation, focusing on the importance of gesture and rhythmic alternation. Participants will work on body awareness through improvisation, pair and group work to stimulate reactivity.
