Accommodation
Guests can choose to stay at either the Glamping or in the rooms at Le Magnolie.
The Glamping is a permanent camping site that blends the charm of nature with the comfort of modern facilities. Its iconic geodesic dome tents offer an immersive experience, designed for those who wish to live in harmony with the landscape without sacrificing comfort. The Glamping features two unique settings: one nestled in the forest, surrounded by birch and beech trees, and another among the vineyards, overlooking a lake whose natural vegetation enhances the beauty of the area.
With 30 tents accommodating up to four people, the Glamping experience is centered on sharing, fostering a welcoming environment where guests can connect with nature and one another. The vast green lawn surrounding the Glamping is the perfect space to unwind, play outdoors, or immerse yourself in music on the dancefloor under the trees.
Embracing a philosophy of connection both with others and the environment, Le Magnolie, located just 2 km from Orsolina28, provides a cozy and quiet lodging option in the heart of Monferrato. Offering single, double, and four-person rooms, Le Magnolie ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. The complex is easily accessible by foot or bicycle, allowing guests to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape.
Food
Wellbeing is at the core of Orsolina28’s vision, and this philosophy extends to its culinary offerings: food as a means of connection.
Artists in residence enjoy full board, with meals carefully designed to support their physical and creative needs. Our chefs, specialized in vegetarian sports nutrition, craft balanced and nourishing menus using fresh, seasonal, and organic ingredients sourced directly from our garden and orchard. A healthy, mindful diet becomes thus an integral part of the artistic experience.
During the summer, guests can savor the flavors of the land in the charming Serra dei Limoni, while in the winter months, the restaurant moves to the warm and welcoming Sala dei Tigli.
Spaces
At Orsolina28, in the heart of Monferrato, artists have access to a state-of-the-art studio reserved for the duration of their residency and are hosted on-site, allowing them to fully dedicate themselves to creation. Immersed in nature, this environment fosters artistic innovation and deep focus.
The five studios within the facility feature Harlequin flooring and are equipped with top-tier dance technology, designed to ensure the highest safety standards for dancers.
The performance spaces provide an immersive aesthetic experience: the panoramic Open Air Stage, set among the vineyards, where the natural surroundings and the golden hues of sunset create a breathtaking scenography and lighting design; and The Eye, an architecturally innovative structure surrounded by lush meadows and cherry trees. Designed in collaboration with Ohad Naharin and inspired by the Gaga movement practice, its elliptical shape makes it a unique and inspiring space for artistic exploration.
