Originally from Montreal, Canada, Ève-Marie Dalcourt studied for 5 years at l’École supérieure de Ballet du Québec, under the direction of Anik Bissonnette, where she trained both in contemporary and classical ballet. Her passion for movement and growth brought her overseas to the Summer Intensive of the Nederlands Dans Theater, one of the world’s leading contemporary dance company. She danced for NDT2 from 2016 to 2019, performing pieces from Leon & Lightfoot, Marco Goecke, Iohan Inger, Sharon Eyal, Alexander Ekman and Felix Landerer. Eager to support new initiatives and artistic voices Ève has now decided to become a freelancer, already allowing her to perform the works of Giocanda Barbuto, Kristian Lever and Juliano Nunes and to take part in various productions with the Korzo Theater.
