Extra Courses

All these activities are proposed in various hours during the day. Courses are scheduled in contemporaneity with the dance lessons in the afternoon and evening too, so as to allow parents to make the most of their time during their children’ lessons. The centre has at disposal a hall where doing and rehearsing homeworks.


Paolo Magra

Paolo Magra graduated as Yoga Teacher at the Milan School of the Federazione Italiana Yoga in the end of the 70’. Since then he devoted himself to the teaching of this ancient psyco-physic Indian practice of the wellness, by holding courses and seminars in various venues in Piemonte. In the meanwhile he has kept travelling and staying frequently in India, to deepen the numerous aspects of this tradition.

The Yoga is a culture meant to develop the consciousness of the inner unity of the human being (exactly as Hyppocrates in the Antique Greece used to say “mens sana in corpore sano”) and, at the same time, of the unity of the human being with the surrounding nature.

Flexibility, strenght, tone and agility.

Pilates Mat Work is a system of exercises that involves the muscles on the whole, while maintaining the tone and flexibility by means of a simple global training programme that focuses on postural muscles.

The courses are made effective and pleasant by a wide variety of exercises of growing complexity.

Teachers: Matilde Demarchi and Ilaria Loria

The GRAVITY ® TRAINING SYSTEM is a machine of the endless potentials. Matilde Demarchi is the worldwide acknoweldged master trainer who better knows this machine. At Orsolina28 It is possible to train individually or in group with Matilde or teachers exclusively trained by her.

The basic principle is the use of gravity force, that is used to develop efficient, safe and enjoyable workouts: GRAVITY ® Personal Training, GRAVITY ® Group, GRAVITY ® Pilates and GRAVITY ® Post Rehab.

Matilde Demarchi has moreover invented and developed a specific programme based on her true passions: the dance and the respect and care of the body: GRAVITY ® FOR DANCER. The GTS shows to be a fundamental means of phisical training for dancers and allows to improve their skills in a captivating and pleasant way. Moreover this is the ideal training to prevent injures.
