All these activities are proposed in various hours during the day. Courses are scheduled in contemporaneity with the dance lessons in the afternoon and evening too, so as to allow parents to make the most of their time during their children’ lessons. The centre has at disposal a hall where doing and rehearsing homeworks.

Pilates Mat Work is a system of exercises that involves the muscles on the whole, while maintaining the tone and flexibility by means of a simple global training programme that focuses on postural muscles.
The courses are made effective and pleasant by a wide variety of exercises of growing complexity.

The GTS shows to be a fundamental means of phisical training for dancers and allows to improve their skills in a captivating and pleasant way. Moreover this is the ideal training to prevent injures.

A class that combines the stretching and relaxing of yoga with the physicality of classical ballet. Ena Naranjo, a certified Yoga instructor and former international ballerina, has combined the best of two worlds to create a class that is ideal for starting the day off right.
BASIC BALLET FOR ADULTS
A class dedicated to whom would like to learn or discover the basic concepts and elements of classical ballet. A unique course to study a series of exercises designed to introduce participants in the dance world, exploiting its training potentials in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
